A soft wall clean shed, made of removable anti-static vinyl strip curtains, it is the most cost-effective equipments available for any zone, needing a special filtration.which are of a modular build format, allows ease of installation and as a result to provide less downtime.
Application :
it is usually used in dispensing, sampling, and off-loading areas within pharmaceutical,
chemical and bio-chemical industries.The advantages of soft wall clean shed include
ease of access and ensuring the clean zone staying within specific cleanliness level need.
Operating features:
1: The ceiling enables flexible placement of fan filter unit, the empty bays cover by powder coated
steel panels.
2: the construction utilizing full welded, reinforced, steel tubular sections. The frame is finished with
an abrasion-resistance oven-baked powder coat, it is free-standing not require any suspending
ceiling supports
3: The PVC anti-static curtain door allowing for easy passage of material and personnel in and
out of the clean area. The curtain terminated at a specific distance above the floor to allow
for exhaust of clean air out of the clean room.
4: Control box can rapid start up the fan filter unit and lighting.
5: Fan filter unit is the energy efficient external rotor motor design reduces operating
costs and has extremely low noise and vibration levels, improving the working conditions
in the clean room.
6: the high quality mini-pleats HEPA filter utilizing an improved mini-pleated separation
technique to maximize surface area improves efficiency and extends the filter life.
